Does anybody know any about any hair treatment for fuller and thicker hair?

I don't know a way to make hair thicker, but to get volume i blow dry my hair upside down. Also, make small parts in your hair the opposite way than it sits and dry directly at the roots, When it lays down the right way it stand up a little more.
