If you have Mayonaise at home or olive, vegetable oil, use it. My beautician told me that secret years ago when I accidently fried my hair at home. After you apply the mayo or oil wrap your hair in foil and then put on a showercap. When you wake up wash twicw- to make sure you got it all out and tada-clean shiny, conditioned hair. Tip: not recommended more than once a week or two.
I just use tressume thick and full conditioner. Glop lots of it on there and braid it and wash it out in the morning, comes out silky and straight and really really soft and shiny.
This is gonna sound crazy, but I put olive oil in my hair once or twice a week it makes it really silky, but you only need a little. I heard Fergie say that she does the same when she's not on tour!
if your hair is in that bad of shape, consider a hair cut and better products. Pureology is one of the best. don't forget that you can't change your hair type -it might be coarse by genetics.
put conditioner on it, leave it on over night and then wash it off in the morning!
