Can you used Hair treatment and Deep Conditioning while doing your hair?

i just wanna know like after washing my hair i put alter ego treatment because i have hispanic hair texture and then i wash it with condition shampoo but then there something like a deep conditioning mask can i use it like an conditioner.Can you used Hair treatment and Deep Conditioning while doing your hair?
I have just started using 'Miracle Hair Insurance Leave-In Conditioner' its from the brand 'Aussie'. It is a deep conditioning spray. You use it just after a bath/shower on towel dried hair. I have only used it about 3 times and it has already had brilliant results on my dry brittle hair!! Its already feeling softer and smoother. I would recommend it to anyone!
