How often should you use a deep hair treatment?

I'm thinking of using one every so and so once I get a few highlights. My hair used to be in brilliant condition but then I started using heat on my hair more often. I realised it was obviously getting worse and I reduced this!..


I already use conditioner on my hair..

I started relaxing my hair and straightning and now im pretty stuck. I get a treatment done once a month and my hair is great and gorgeous again . i bet it will work for you too .xxxHow often should you use a deep hair treatment?
No more than once a week - otherwise your hair will get flat and static. The best one I've used and I've tried loads is one of the cheapest - VO5 Hot Oil.
I get one done every month a its done wonders for my hair. Also I now try not to use heat on my hair so often
I condition my hair every time I wash it and use a conditioning masque once every week.





I do wash my hair every day - it's quite long, coloured and fine!

I don't know...I have been using the same bottles of shampoo and conditioner for about 15 months. Man, being a guy kicks @$$.
depending on how bad your hair is. maybe once every 2 weeks. Get a reconstructive conditioner. the one by nexxus phyto organics made my hair feel so soft.
Well, I'd say find a deep conditioning mask. Keraste makes one, it's pretty spendy, but does wonders. Depending on your hair, i'd say use it once a week.
