A spanish friend of mine has BEAUTIFUL black shiny hair. When I asked her her secret... she uses:
One Avocado, peeled, sliced and then mashed VERY well
1/4 c. mayo mixed with the avocado. She'll put it in her hands and run it through her slightly damp hair. Then she wraps it in a VERY HOT wet towel for about 45 mins. You have to wash your hair with a mild shampoo twice afterward. I have not tried it yet but she swears by it. Her hair is beautiful though. wen coditioning after, use COLD water.

you can try some virgin olive oil but make sure you dont use to much also when you are ready to wash it out make sure your use mot hot water then normal so you get it all out. you can also go to a beauty supply store and try cholesterol cream i have used it and i like it but my total favorite whip your hair back into shape product is . miracle grow or 7 natural oils that cost about 3 bucks and you can find at rite aid.
