so i have dry, frizzy, poofy hair. it wasn't always like this, i used to have straight, long, silky hair but my temptations ruined my hair. i dyed it alot, and straightened it. the last time i have dyed it was in december, and i havent been using heat on my hair. when i do use heat i use a heat protectant. what treatment can i do to that will improve my hair within the next three months? What hair treatment actually works to improve dry hair?
this has happened to me too and i went to fantastic sams salon and they did 2 deep conditioning treatments to my hair and omg afterwards it was soo soft and silky :) it was about 25 for those 2 treatments together and then they suggested i buy this:

i used tht 2-3 times a week and trust me it really helps it was 15 dollars. i suggest you do this though my hair was terribly dry because i straightened it so often but now i've done this and quit straightening as much :) good luck! What hair treatment actually works to improve dry hair?
AUSSIE MOIST PRODUCTS ARE AMAZING!
All of Aussie hair products are great quality, inexpensive, and widely available!! I suggest the Moist shampoo and conditioner. The thing that will really, really work is the Leave-in conditioning treatment. I think it's called ';Three minute Miracle'; or something. You put it in your hair, leave it in for three minutes, and rinse. It leaves your hair SOOOO soft and frizz-free. It even adds some shine. Try it, it really works!
When I treat my hair I use deep conditioner and then I use a hot oil treatment. It will help the frizzy and poofy look. If you want shine to your hair, condition it with an egg....Don't worry I know what I'm talking about.
Try some deep conditioner - I use a homemade one from this site http://www.squidoo.com/Dry-Hair-Tips
Also, I always use leave-in conditioner - it takes most of the poofiness out.
