What kind of honey do I need to use for the Honey Hair Treatment?

I know it's 3 tsp of honey, and 1 tbsp of olive oil, but what kind of honey? I don't think it's the one you add to your pancakes!What kind of honey do I need to use for the Honey Hair Treatment?
u can use basic honey from the grocery store. By the way i use honey shampoo and conditioner on my hair i get it at the body shop. its great
