Can someone please recommend a hair treatment or leave in conditioner?

I am on Roaccutane, my hair used to get really greasy very quickly but now it is rather brittle (partially due to the cold wind and the fact it is quite long). Can anyone recommend some products to give it its bounce back and thicken it up a little (its thinned slightly due to the meds)? Added bonus would be something that detangled it and stopped it getting knotted so fast after. Can someone please recommend a hair treatment or leave in conditioner?
I started using the John Frieda Collection Brilliant Brunette Moisturizing Shampoo and Conditioner last year and it has done wonders for my hair which used to be quite dry. I makes it appear quite thick and bouncy. It also make it easy to straiten or curl.

I don't know what color hair you have but they do the whole collection for blonde's, brunettes and red-heads. They also do a frizz-ease one which is great for winter.

It is quite dear but it is often on offer in supermarkets and places like Boots or Superdrug in England.

Hope this helps : )Can someone please recommend a hair treatment or leave in conditioner?
