What is a good skin and hair treatment?

Hello, I live in a very dry area, and genetics aren't to my benefit.

I have flaky, bumpy and acne prone skin. I also have extremely dry hair.

I've tried many things for both, nothing has worked. Does anyone know any real, effective treatment methods for my situation? What is a good skin and hair treatment?
LUSH. Find a store near you. They have an amazing mask called Catastrophe Cosmetic that has worked wonders for my dry skin. You can't order their masks online though, because they're all-natural and must be refrigerated. They only have a shelf life of three weeks.

Instead of going for a cleanser for oily skin or one for acne-prone, I'd go for a sensitive skin cleanser. Try Ultra Bland from LUSH. Try the Eau de Roma toner, and the Ultra Light moisturizer. Use Catastrophe Cosmetic twice a week if you can get your hands on it. Drive the hour if you must - it's what I do, and it's well worth it for the results.

For your hair, I'd try Rehab or Godiva. I use Godiva (smells like jasmine). It's not as moisturizing as I'd like it to be, but I make up for it with the conditioner. I use Coolaulin, but I'm trying Retread next on a friend's recommendation. My hair is in it's best condition after using it.

If you'd like an extra treatment, try the H'Suan Wen Hua. It's supposed to be really good for dry hair.

I live by LUSH. They really do have amazing products. If you go to a store, the sales people are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I'm sure they'll help you find something!
