What is a good hair treatment for dry hair?

I have long, dry, curly hair. what can i do?


its become Very naugthy and i need to do something to make it healthier. i believe i damaged it with hair spray and too much showering.What is a good hair treatment for dry hair?
get a deep conditioning treatment, and use that.


use lots of conditioner, and less shampoo (or at least one for dry hair)


stay away from heat! that means rinse hair with cool/cold water. dont use straighteners, curlers, or blow dryers. try putting hair in a nice tight braid while you sleep. that will protect it from the wild adventures of night-time rolling around in bed. just saying.

You don't treat dry skin with cleanser do you ..no...similarly don't treat your treat your hair with shampoo....make hair mask with egg yolk , goose berry powder and honey make a fine paste . Apply it all over the hair and leave for an hour rinse it and follow with conditioner meant for dry hair.
washing your hair every other day (buy a shower cap) unless it needs more wont hurt if if you use desent products


use a good shampoo and conditioner not two in one

Try to shower only every 2-3 days, use a shampoo and conditioner that won't weigh your hair down but will moisturize it. Dove and Biolage are good ones.
